love my home! I love the floor plan of the Sheldon.
We constantly receive compliments from visitors who
admire the open floor plan. I love the room sizes,
the storage space, the upgrades (light fixtures, crown
molding, kitchen cabinets/counter tops, appliances),
the easy to use fireplace, the sun-room and of course
my kitchen! I love the location of the kitchen with
the bar that outlines the room and becomes the hang
out whenever we are entertaining guest. It's an excellent
floor plan for entertaining guests.
I also like the fact that you can visit another Sheldon
in the neighborhood, and although they look alike
on the outside, they look so different on the inside....some
have fireplaces, some have 5 bedrooms, some have sun-rooms,
some have built in bookshelves, etc.
I love the location of Lawton Station, it takes me
less than 30 minutes to get to Beaufort, Savannah
or Hilton Head Island. The location also makes it
easy to give directions to visitors, which you know
we are always entertaining out of town guests. :)
The entrance is beautiful - the landscaping, the pond
and the water fall in front of the amenities center
really add to the beauty of the subdivision.
